In March 2023, Longyuan Valve supplies valves for Dongfang Boiler's Anhui Province Energy Group Hefei flexibility modification project.
Since Longyuan Valve passed the qualification examination and became a qualified supplier of Dongfang Electric Corporation in 2022, it has successively won bids for Dongfang Boiler's Xinjiang Aosilanyu project and Anhui Province Energy Group Hefei flexibility modification project. The shipment of Anhui Hefei project is Longyuan Valve's first supply to Dongfang boiler, filling the gap in cooperation between two company in the field of power plant valves.
The valves supplied for this project are gate valves, stop valves and check valves, all of which are forged valves of PN420(Class 2500) pressure grade and made of 12Cr1MoV and A105. All electric valves are equipped with German AUMA brand actuators. Longyuan Valve's design and production technology of this type of integral forged valves is advanced and reliable. The valves have been tested by harsh working conditions on site for a long time and are well received by users.
Longyuan Valve will fully support Dongfang Boiler's Anhui Province Energy Group Hefei flexibility modification project till it to be successfully implemented.
