Structural Features:
1. This series of valves adopts a disassembled structure. Valve cavity internals (including valve seat, valve core, throttle ring, equalizing cover, etc.) can be taken out from the valve cavity for inspection, repair or replacement. The valve body does not need to be cut from the pipeline and can be used multiple times. Economically reasonable.  
2. The valve core adopts a balanced structure, the unbalanced force is very small, and the valve [door movement precision] is high.
3. When the valve opening is less than 40%, its flow is controlled by the integrated throttling component of the multi-stage shunt stack, which has the functions of multi-stage depressurization and anti-cavitation.
4. The flow equalizing sleeve is not only the positioning sleeve for the straight movement of the valve core, but also has the functions of combing, decompression and noise reduction. After special processing and heat treatment, it is HRC≥45, anti-cavitation and anti-erosion.
5. The sealing surfaces of the valve core and the valve seat are surfacing hard alloy, which has a long service life.
6. The working surface of the valve seat (the sealing plane in contact with the valve body and the valve seat) of the valve body is surfacing with chromium-nickel stainless steel to ensure the sealing performance of the valve body for multiple uses.
