Structural Features:
Continuous blowdown regulating valve is a kind of anti-cavitation multi-stage pressure reducing valve. The specially designed valve trim makes the fluid depressurized step by step, controls the flow rate, and prevents cavitation damage; the throttling part is separated from the sealing surface to effectively protect the sealing surface. The surface of the valve trim is hardened, and the hardness reaches about HRC70, which is resistant to erosion and has a long service life; the surface of the valve core has a large gap, the fluid contains particles, and the valve core will not be stuck.
This valve is mainly used in thermal power plants to continuously remove part of the dissolved salt in boiler water, and is one of the key valves for power plants to control saturated water with high pressure difference.
