High temperature ball valve

1. The spherical surface and ball seat surface are treated by rocket jet, with ultra-high hardness, wear resistance, abrasion resistance and high temperature resistance;

The ball valve structure is adopted, and the sealing surface under closing and opening is not directly eroded by the medium, especially suitable for the occasions where the water-vapor two-phase flow cavitation is serious, such as the main steam drain, etc. It can be opened and closed quickly, and the opening and closing are easy;

3. The ball and valve seat are paired and ground, and the air tightness test and high pressure water strength test after assembly can achieve zero leakage;

4. High temperature spring ensures zero leakage in low pressure and vacuum applications, effectively preventing vibration caused by medium fluctuation and flow impact;

5. Butterfly spring constant pressure packing to ensure reliable sealing of packing.
