NK series vacuum isolation valve

1. The main body of this series of valves adopts casting and forging structure, with parallel double-sealing pair semi-forced two-way sealing, and the step-by-step action of the sealing surface movement and the wedge-shaped block wedging movement achieves zero leakage.  

2. The movement friction force of the sealing surface is small, the opening and closing are light, and the wear of the sealing surface has the function of automatic compensation.

3. Simple and compact structure, easy maintenance and long service life.

4. The valve cover packing chamber is equipped with a vacuum sealing structure, which has the function of self-expansion and compression, and each joint is sealed with a high-strength expansion material, so that the system is completely isolated from the atmosphere, and it has a very good system.

Air tightness.

5. This series of valves can be divided into two types: flange and welding. There are two types of driving methods: manual and electric.

The valve is suitable for working temperature ≤425°C and ≤550°C, working medium is water, steam or air, as an opening and closing device; especially suitable for thermal power plant steam turbine condensation and vacuum

Technical standards for manufacturing acceptance

1. The technical conditions for manufacturing acceptance refer to GB/T 12234 and GB/T 12235.

2. The length of the valve structure is in accordance with GB/T 12221.

3. The valve flange size is according to JB/T 78-79, GB/T9112-9124.
